You also agree that having your account locked or banned does not in any way allow you access to a refund.
Skinground may remove or limit the access to your account, websites, products and services for any reason without proof or notification.
If you think Skinground has made a mistake regarding your account, you can contact us at anytime to try and get your account sorted.
POSTING INFORMATION OR VIEWS ON SKNGROUND
1) You agree not to post information of anyone other than yourself; some personal information may be removed for your safety.
2) You agree not to post anything that may insult 1 or a group of people, sex, gender, religious views or race.
3) You agree not to post harmful links that may compromise the security or standing of anyone’s computer.

To offer support Skinground uses the services of other companies, Internet Providers, Server Hosts and more.
Skinground does not take responsibility for damages, loss of data or corruption while doing live support on your forum or website, Skinground offers support as part of its service and promises to do the best we can to help you. Because of the use of other services Skinground cannot promise the security or safety of your information or forum during live support, we always recommend you backup your forum or template before any modifications begin.
Support may take several days depending on demand, availability of staff but is not limited to those, as a result Skinground cannot give an ETS (Estimated Time of Support) on when your support ticket can be looked into and fixed. Average support time is within 3 days of the original support ticket being posted, but this may not apply to you.

You are allowed to make minor display changes to our products, such as logos, headers, footers, body backgrounds and minor colour changes.
COPYRIGHT REMOVAL
Skingrounds copyright remove service does not give you full rights to any product or service, it simply allows you to remove any Skinground notifications and use the materials provided to use to extend your website or community, for example you can buy a forum template and use and edit the images provided to develop a matching website. This is only possible through our copyright removal service, any removal of notifications or using our products for such reasons will be breaking the terms stated in this agreement.
CANCELING OF SERVICES
Skinground and the client understands that the service may be cancelled, this does not allow the client access to a refund.
PROJECT BACKUPS AND DATA LOSS
Skinground does not take responsibility for loss of project files as a result of poor backups, server or personal related problems that resulted in the loss of project files, Skinground will do its best to recover any project files that we may have but will require verification, that you are a legitimate owner of these product files in order to receive them, otherwise you may be required to re-pay to receive the files again.
Skinground will do its best to re-send any product files to you if access to these files have been removed as a result of service updates, data loss or account modifications but is in no way limited to those.
SKINGROUND PAYPAL POLICY
Skinground.com wishes to keep the content provided to you as secure as possible; As a result we have adopted a PayPal policy to ensure the safe exchange of content to and from us.
Un-verified PayPal accounts must wait 24hours before any content or work can be sent or begin, the 24 hours allows PayPal to verify the money exists and to stop fraud.
